Enjoying renewed popularity since its appearance in an episode of Downton Abbey (2012), this castle harbours a splendid interior behind its four façades with neo-Gothic windows and a central keep. The intricately decorated dining hall interior is a masterpiece. Note also the fine series of Beauvais tapestries (18C) in the Tapestry Drawing Room.
