A 25m-long rock shelter, called the Koaxa camp, is home to over 190 rock paintings. Visitors can admire no fewer than 16 species of animals, including 13 images of crickets and mongoose, in addition to geometric drawings. Guided tours organised by the Mapungubwe park authorities are also available.
