This, the highest point (1 075 m) of the Serra de Caramulo is an excellent belvedere over Serra Lapa in the northeast, Serra d'Estrela in the southeast, Serras de Lousã and de Buçaco in the south, the coastal plain in the west, and finally, the Serra de Gralheira in the north.
