Linked to the Corraun peninsula by a bridge, Achill Island boasts a stunning array of lovely beaches, such as Trawmore Strand and Keem Strand and spectacular cliffs culminating in Slievemore (670m) and the Croaghaun (666m), which are a real playground for hikers.
