Bow Lake is a pretty lake located on the edge of the Icefields Parkway, but it can best be appreciated from the lookout leading to Num-ti-jah Lodge, a historical building, the red roof of which you can spot on the north shore. You will notice Bow Glacier that rises above the lake, between Portal Peak and St Nicholas Peak.
