Apremont park is truly delightful, scattered with waterfalls, ponds, lookout points and climbing wisterias. This magical scene continues in the small village. This enchanting picture was begun by a master blacksmith from Le Creusot in 1830; his grandson laid out the grounds in the fashion of an 18C English landscaped garden in 1976. The result is quite spectacular.
