The Hôtel de Boyer d'Éguilles was built in 1675, following a plan inspired by Parisian town mansions in the 17C. It contains a parade courtyard reached through a huge portal for carriages, despite the fact that the facades of traditional town houses in Aix tend to open directly onto the street.
