De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
The park is easy to visit, free of charge. Covering more than 560 km2, it consists mainly of an immense primary rainforest of giant redwoods. They owe their name to their dark red bark. These giants are quite simply the tallest trees on the planet, happily exceeding 100 m in height. The Redwoods differ in size from their cousins in Yosemite or Sequoia National Parks, as they enjoy a temperate climate here.
