In addition to gorgeous hotel rooms and the upscale second restaurant, Rouge Noir, Neusacherhof is also home to Wirtshaus, where chef Stefan Glantschnig and his team put a contemporary spin on classic regional dishes. Their traditional character is deliberately retained while being cleverly enhanced with flavourful and visually appealing touches. In addition to the à la carte selection, there are daily specials – for those who find it difficult to choose, a surprise menu compiled from those options is available. The good food is complemented by a relaxed atmosphere in a modern Alpine-style setting. In front of the building, there is an inviting terrace overlooking the lake.
