Alexandra Debre and Armin Rauscher, the dedicated duo behind this small but perfectly formed restaurant on a side street in the centre of Villach, are elevating the city's dining scene with their culinary expertise. In the open kitchen, the chef-patron prepares an ambitious four- or five-course set menu, which you can extend with an additional course of "Aurea Happen". The aromatic dishes include, for instance, "potato, Belper Knolle cheese, bacon, chives" or "dentex, Thai flavours, carrot, almond", to be accompanied by high-calibre Austrian wines by the glass.
