At the Hôtel Des Trois Couronnes, beautifully situated on the lakeside, chef Alastair Long offers authentic Japanese cuisine. Selected products (e.g. Hamachi, Kagashima Wagyu, scallops, etc.) are given pride of place. In the evening, three menus are available: ‘Signature’, ‘Connaisseur’ and ‘Kaiseki’, while at lunchtime a more affordable lunch menu is available. Service takes place in an elegant atmosphere, under high ceilings decorated with stucco. In summer, the terrace is a veritable dream, offering magnificent views of the lake and mountains.
