Every table overlooks the open kitchen, where the chefs artfully prepare Asian-inspired — primarily Japanese — dishes. We particularly enjoyed the Local Maltese Prawn Tacos, showcasing top-quality raw prawns enhanced by vibrant, well-balanced accompaniments, and the Saikyo Miso Black Cod “AKI Way,” thoughtfully recommended by the attentive staff.
