The cooking of chef-patron Nicola Bandi draws its roots from the flavours of the island, before opening out into original and personal creations full of intensity and character. The sea is the chief protagonist, though forays into land-based cooking are not lacking: among these, the “Guancia Dolce Forte” stands out, enriched by an age-old chocolate-based sauce that elegantly enhances the meat.
