The experience begins in a small lounge with a welcome snack from the kitchen, while the tasting menu is then served at the counter, where all the guests (ten seats in total) sit side by side in unison. Meanwhile, house music – played at a good volume – fills the room and is turned down just when the various tastings and pairings are being described.
