The owner of a Japanese barbecue restaurant opened this locale to serve creative small plates underpinned by European, Chinese and Japanese techniques. Marbled Wagyu beef is of course a highlight on the menu, but it's items such as grilled ox tongue in char siu glaze, and sugar-smoked pork offal that make the experience unique.
