The Krispel family, who have forged an interesting connection here between Genusstheater and their stylishly designed winery, welcome you with a striking contrast of old and new architecture. Inside, the decor in the restaurant is characterised by a heady blend of rustic wood and modern accents; outside there is a fantastic terrace laid out in the courtyard. The food is delicious, accessible and made with top-drawer ingredients from the region – not least the organic pork from the owners' own woolly pig stock.
