A Hakkanese restaurant that has been serving this residential neighbourhood in the Bao'an district since 1995. On the extensive menu, the signature item is undoubtedly the eight-cut rice vermicelli soup, made with eight different pork cuts – heart, liver, lung, tripe, kidney, intestine, spleen and lean meat. The deeply flavoured broth exudes a hint of peppery heat. Be sure to try the hand-shredded chicken in scallion oil and the braised stuffed tofu.
