If you are looking for a gastronomic experience and you are a fan of surprises... get booking! This lighthearted restaurant is run by two young chefs, Lorena Cabezón and Carmen Granados, although the former is in charge of the stoves and the latter is more concerned with the dining room, bistro-style. On the menu, offering contemporary cuisine that combines tradition with subtle nods to international flavours (Japanese, Mexican, Peruvian, British, among others), you will find finger foods (in the form of tapas), good meat and fish, and even a section dedicated to Almadraba tuna. What caught our eye? Try the escabeche-marinated coquelet chicken salad with egg, the tuna triptych or their signature pork cheek ravioli with pig’s trotters and foie gras sauce.
