The kitchen here is under the baton of young chef Giovanna Grossi, who has had an impressive career thus far. Having worked in renowned restaurants in France and Spain, she decided to open his own business where she offers creative cuisine that champions local and seasonal ingredients. Occupying a corner location in the charming Pinheiros district, Animus features a decor of warm tones combined with wood, and features an open kitchen where guests can observe the chefs in action. The menu comprises dishes designed for sharing, an à la carte and the option of a pre-prepared tray of several different dishes. An “executive” menu is also available during the week.
