De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
A true oasis of sophistication that impresses at first sight. Housed in a former bread factory, the space preserves its lofty ceiling height and reveals a spacious, refined dining room, featuring a classic-style bar. Alongside it, a charming waiting area, sheltered by a retractable roof, allows abundant natural light to pour in, creating a pleasant, harmonious atmosphere between the greenery and the fountain that lends freshness to the setting. Chef Valdir Oliveira presents an appealing menu, built on internationally inspired dishes with a strong Italian influence, standing out for its variety of risottos and pastas. Among the starters, we particularly enjoyed the Ceviche de vieiras (scallop ceviche), served with caju (cashew), quinoa crocante (crispy quinoa) and vinagrete de pimenta de cheiro (aromatic chilli vinaigrette), and, as a main course, the Medalhão de filet mignon (fillet mignon medallion) with penne gratinado (gratinated penne) and molho rôti (roast jus). The à la carte offering is complemented by an enticing set lunch menu available throughout the week!
