Julien Marseault has devised his devilishly well-crafted menu around the “share plate” principle (2 to 4 people). This experienced Breton chef is comfortable whatever the culinary register, from traditional (pig’s trotters and confit of shoulder of veal) to contemporary (tartare of beef and oysters). Delicious and friendly.
