After completing her academic studies, Marianna soon realised that her real passion was cooking, accompanied by a desire to provide unforgettable memories for her guests. With humility, hard work and an unconditional love for her native region, this young chef has opened her own restaurant, SUD, where she showcases regional cuisine and pours all her positive energy into creating one of the most interesting eateries in the province of Naples. She offers just two tasting menus: the 7-course “Sud” and the 12-course “Marianna Vitale”. Fish and seafood take pride of place in dishes that are striking for their vibrant colours and careful attention to detail. Young and attentive staff add to its appeal.
