Overlooking the village of Puyloubier, this renovated old Provençal farmhouse at the foot of Sainte-Victoire – the mountain ridge immortalised by Cézanne – commands a breathtaking view of the valley. Julien Courtin, a serious-minded chef who has worked in MICHELIN-starred kitchens in Paris, creates spontaneous, indulgent cuisine, with a choice of cuts of beef matured on site and elegantly plated dishes reflecting the terroir.
