De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
The name of this restaurant is a reference to chef Ana Moura’s grandfather, who was from Porto Covo, a small coastal village south of Lisbon where she spent her summers as a child. Having worked in renowned restaurants such as Eleven and Arzak, she made the decision to return to her family roots. In this informal restaurant, she showcases the “Flavour of the Alentejo”, combining contemporary ingredients with impressive technique and traditional flavours. We particularly recommend the “migas de chouriço” with spare ribs; the forkbeard fish with clams in green sauce; and the cheesecake with caramel and pistachio. The superb views from the tables on the terrace are an added bonus!
