This casual-looking Parisian bistro combines signature cuisine with a savvy cocktail list. At the helm are chef Katsuaki Okiyama (former Abri) and bartender Hugo Combe. In a suitably pared-back decor, the chef demonstrates his consummate skill, illustrated by his signature dish: artichokes, morels, beef marrow and pan-fried foie gras, shallots and chive flowers, served in a casserole pot. There is something for everyone from dishes to share, small tapas-style snacks and gargantuan platters, depending on your mood and appetite. Indoors are a counter and a cosy dining room, while the patio is a hit in fine weather.
