A stone's throw from Canal St-Martin, this chic and contemporary restaurant showcases the cuisine of Raul Meza, a young chef of Ecuadorian origin, who trained in some of Paris's finest establishments. His fusion dishes strike a subtle balance between French produce and South American influences, navigating between two continents. Try his crispy tacos topped with pulled beef bourguignon, onion condiment and guacamole, or his perfectly cooked cod encocado enhanced with a coconut, coriander and chilli emulsion and accompanied by golden patacones (fried plantain slices). For dessert, an apple served as jelly, granita, confit and vanilla ice cream on Breton sablé.
