To the tune of Frank Sinatra, Eminem, and nightclub beats, expect a progression of dishes that highlight exceptional product, classic methods, and bold flavors. Recent highlights include blue crab fritters, plump oysters with yuzu vinegar, and a beautiful sashimi platter.
