In a modern and elegant dining room with an entire wall given over to the open kitchen, the offering is highly varied: alongside more elaborate dishes there is also a street food menu, including fried specialities, sandwiches, Spanish ham and tacos, as well as raw seafood and dishes ranging from classic to creative, while several main courses, of both meat and fish, are destined for the grill. The wine selection is excellent, particularly where Champagne is concerned. Please note: throughout the summer season, the usual gastronomic experience offered within the restaurant gives way to a lighter and more informal format, designed to be enjoyed outdoors and in keeping with the season. The proposal will be centred on a dedicated selection of dishes, conceived for a convivial and relaxed experience, while maintaining the same attention to the quality of the ingredients and to the dynamic identity of the kitchen.
