In the historic centre of Nepi, young chef Jordan Giusti expresses his personal vision of Tuscia cooking. Starting out from local ingredients, at times humble and popular in origin, yet full of flavour and loaded with memories, he produces excellent dishes, applying modern techniques and a contemporary outlook to the gastronomic heritage of the area.
