The terrace under the vine-shaded pergola is the perfect spot in fine weather; in winter you can take refuge inside, beneath the medieval vaulted ceiling of this former 11C stronghold, done out with contemporary furnishings. On the menu: modern dishes made using excellent produce: Aubrac beef fillet, sweetbreads with morels, braised pigeon en cocotte. The menu is shorter at lunchtime. Superb views of the cliffs and the River Dordogne.
