The charming and laid-back second restaurant at Hotel Balm also serves ambitious cuisine. This can be enjoyed in the form of a set menu of three or four courses which you can mix and match as you see fit. Options include dishes such as Lake Lucerne whitefish fillet with a champagne sauce, morels, leaf spinach and new potatoes. It is also possible to dine à la carte. At lunchtime on Wednesday to Friday, the moderately priced two-course set menu draws a crowd. The terrace is a delightful spot.
