Under this name, which nods to the Japanese art of binding and could be translated as ‘bond’, we find a humble and informal restaurant that specialises in Japanese grilling and showcases robata cooking as its hallmark. They offer an à la carte service, but we recommend the Omakase menu, as it takes you on a varied journey through their most significant dishes, such as the snow crab Monaka with smoked baby eel or their tasty brioche with prawns cooked on the robata, lightly seasoned with seven Japanese spices.
