Here, Alfio Ghezzi creates two tasting menus (from which dishes can be chosen à la carte style) which celebrate the region, starting with a focus on freshwater fish. His unmistakeable style results in dishes that are elegant and occasionally minimalist (but not simple), while avoiding unnecessary frills so that the flavours of the superb ingredients shine through.
