Tradition meets modern gastronomy in regional dishes with a contemporary twist – from fermented organic carrot and celery millefeuille with summer truffle to Vorarlberg Wagyu paired with porcini, and waffles with stewed sour cherries for dessert. There is also an impressive wine list dominated by Austrian labels but including options from elsewhere in the Old World and beyond.
