The second restaurant of the hotel of the same name in the centre of the village offers a classic dining experience with its tastefully designed upscale interior and Andreas Krainer's cuisine. The chef's passion for reinvented classics is evident in dishes such as char from Pretul Saibling fish farm in Langenwang with char caviar, buckwheat and porcini. He prides himself on using regional produce, most of it sourced from the immediate vicinity. The set menu comprises four or six courses and is complemented by a selection of fine wines, as well as attentive service provided by a friendly and adept front-of-house team.
