Enter through a metal gate to land upon this charming patio, virtually beaming with lights and greenery. The dining room is quaint, with a sleek bar, exposed brick and large tile floors. The décor is simple and clean, but a set of sparkling chandeliers add elegance. The staff are a smooth, efficient bunch; and the bistro menu from Chef/owner Paul Magu-Lecugy spans the classics. Think starters like buttery, garlicky escargots or roasted veal sweetbreads with asparagus and morel mushrooms. The ile flottante with crème anglaise, caramel and pistachios is a fitting end. A predominantly French wine list goes well beyond just Bordeaux and Burgundy— and even throws in a bit of California for good measure.
