Founded in 1976, this household name was the first restaurant in town specialising in live seafood shipped daily from the island county of Penghu. As the name and giant crab sign suggest, crab is the signature dish here, especially the spiced salt and pepper variety. Ask the friendly servers about the catch of the day, too. The stir-fried clam with nori, which is loaded with umami, is also worth trying.
