The restaurant of the upscale Hotel Fliana draws in clients with its excellent cuisine, but it is also a paradise for wine lovers! It all starts with a strong first impression in the spectacular Wine Safe, where over 900 different labels from top wineries are stored, including fine wines from France, Italy and Austria, including a considerable number of large-format bottles. From here, you enter the elegant little Chef's Table restaurant, in which 12 diners can sit at a long stone table in an extremely high-quality and tastefully designed ambience. In the open kitchen, a six-course set menu draws on select ingredients to create dishes such as "mountain potatoes, spinach, truffles" or "Tyrolean beef, parsnips, wild broccoli". Chef Andreas Spitzer is also a cheese sommelier and will tell you all about the lovely little selection on the cheese trolley. The expertise of certified sommelier Thomas Huber, who is always on hand for diners, is on a par with the restaurant's passion for wine.
