This charming farmhouse dating back to 1604 is truly idyllic! Set at an altitude of around 600m, it boasts a beautiful location with views of Freiburg. Inside, low ceilings, rustic wooden chairs and benches, wooden floorboards and an old tiled stove make for a cosy atmosphere and reflect the character of the region. Melanie and Pierre Barrel run the place with a personal touch and great dedication – she oversees the service with warmth and professionalism, and he runs the kitchen. At La Table du Raben, diners can enjoy a four- or six-course "carte blanche" set menu inspired by the seasons and the proprietors' French heritage. There is also the "Bistro Français" with a small à la carte selection. The garden and terrace are a real draw – in summer, guests naturally gravitate outdoors. Those looking to enjoy the wonderful Black Forest landscape a little longer can stay in one of the attractive, comfortable guestrooms. Tip: The former barn houses a lovely function room for events.
