This elegant fine dining restaurant is the culinary jewel in the crown of Göbel's Schlosshotel Prinz von Hessen. The modern and seasonal cuisine draws on ingredients of outstanding quality, whose natural flavours are skilfully brought to the fore. Subtle Asian influences are also woven into the menu. Dishes such as Lofoten skrei in shio-koji butter or "Miéral duck two ways" are served as part of a four- or six-course set menu on Fri and Sat. A three-course version is available Wed and Thu. The personable front-of-house team is supported by the chefs, with the head chef always on hand. Hotel patrons can expect attractive rooms and suites, as well as a spa and sauna area.
