De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
The name of this restaurant in the well-heeled Westend district is a Proto-Indo-European word meaning "fish", so it will come as no surprise that the cuisine is fish- and seafood-driven. The chef-patron spent time in Asia (including Singapore and Japan), before setting up shop here, and influences from his travels are reflected in "hamachi, wasabi, kosho, radish" and "octopus, mussel, curry, coconut, chilli, egg", for instance. The dishes are clearly structured and harmonious in taste, with interesting flavour combinations. There are also a few smaller plates, including oysters or sardines. The selection varies between à la carte options and a tasting menu of four or five courses. In summer, food is served on the terrace in front of the building – a pleasant, quiet spot in the shade.
