Here, head chef and owner Luca Zanchetti draws on the experience he has gained in prestigious restaurants – many of which have been awarded Michelin stars – to create his own personal and creative take on regional cuisine. His dishes range from traditional classics, such as vanilla ice cream ‘drowned’ in Fano’s Moretta coffee, to original creations crafted from the excellent produce of the surrounding valleys.
