Johannes Ohr represents the third generation of his family to take the helm of this traditional hotel and restaurant. The food tends towards the regional and seasonal, but the occasional subtle international accent can also be detected. A fine example of the excellent quality of the ingredients is the "whole golden trout from Radlberg natural fish farm with fresh vegetables, potatoes from St Martin market and herb butter". The Rostbraten – roast prime rib of Austrian Salon beef with fried onions and gravy, roast potatoes and gherkins) – is also tempting. The terrace occupies a nice spot in the courtyard, which, despite its central location, is lovely and quiet. Well-kept guestrooms are available for overnight stays.
