There’s an air of understated glamour at this Chinese restaurant in the Ranelagh neighbourhood. Despite the restaurant’s name, the menu looks to the regions of Sichuan and Guangdong, as well as Hunan, for inspiration – taking diners on a tour of southern Chinese flavours. The likes of Hunan ‘bandit-style’ pork liver with vibrant pickled chillis show off the kitchen’s skill, while the generous portions ensure good value for money.
