Set among the narrow streets of a picturesque medieval village perched on a hill, whose history is reflected in the distinctive dining rooms nestled within its stone walls, chef Carlotta Delicato aims to showcase local produce to its best advantage, without unnecessary frills or complications, so that the flavours of the ingredients take centre stage on the plate. However, it does not overlook international influences – particularly those from Spain and South America – which appear here and there on the menu, adding a touch of the exotic. In any case, it’s an excellent restaurant – definitely not to be missed!
