This is MICHELIN-starred chef Tim Raue's take on a French brasserie. The restaurant mirrors the Colette brasseries in Berlin and Munich with an interesting modern dining concept: Diners can order à la carte or compose their own four-course set menu, which can also be vegan. Classics such as beef Wellington (served for two) are available too, as are seasonal dishes. The highlight here is the first-floor terrace overlooking the pedestrian area – but seating is limited, so you'd be well advised to book!
