Since opening its doors in 2017, this pint-sized, all-white joint has been focusing on three menu staples – dumplings, wontons and noodles, all handmade in-house. With their juicy filling and a broth deeply flavoured by laver, dried shrimp and sesame, the pork and chive dumplings in sour soup are a standout.
