A cosy, welcoming venue, situated in the historic village of Salinari, comprising a couple of intimate dining rooms and a small outdoor seating area. In the kitchen, head chef and owner Gianni Berti offers a subtly contemporary take on cuisine, carefully preparing the finest produce from the land and sea of Romagna. The dishes retain a classic, robust and distinctive character, with nods to local tradition, such as passatelli given a new twist with shellfish and mushrooms.
