A sharp, focused menu celebrates local sourcing and moves with the seasons, starting with keen apps like squash toast with ricotta and basil. Pasta is the main event, and the likes of linguine, rigatoni and mafalde are made in-house daily. Aromas of garlic and sweet tomatoes or brown butter with sage fill the air, and the signature ricotta gnudi is a house favorite for good reason.
