In the kitchen, the current chef constructs a proposal structured across several tasting menus, among which Le Origini stands out: a collection of the house’s most representative creations, including the “Bottone al cremoso affumicato, essenza di crostacei e gambero rosso”, a successful synthesis of technical elegance and gustatory depth, with a texture of remarkable precision.
